ICDE and Towngas Cooking Centre share a common vision of developing among aspiring chefs the passion and competence to meet the “real world” opportunities and challenges of the fine dining industry.

To achieve this vision, the two institutions work together in bringing one of the most cutting-edge and rigorous programs for culinary professionals.

One of the most reputable and well-established cooking schools in Hong Kong, Towngas Cooking Centre offers pristine facilities at its Lee Theatre Plaza location in Causeway Bay. Generous kitchen space means individual workstations, so that each student can prepare his/her own recipes.

Combining Towngas’ state-of-the-art facilities with ICDE’s methodologies and highly experienced teaching faculty allows to set new standards for culinary education in Hong Kong.

ICDE has partnered in Manila with the Center for Culinary Arts Manila (CCA), the well-known pioneer for culinary education in the Philippines. Together, they offer programs in French culinary arts at the new CCA Manila campus in Salcedo Village, Makati City.

CCA Manila launched in 1996, officially becoming the Philippines’ first culinary institution. Now a recognized leader in sustainability practices in the country, it recently launched a bachelor of Science in Culinary Management, the first Bachelor degree dedicated to culinary arts in the Philippines. CCA Manila also holds a rare accreditation by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF).
