Andy Yeung is a young talented chef from Hong Kong. Only at the age of 33, he is the Executive Pastry Chef of Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel, and also the Pastry Team Coach & Key Member of Hong Kong Culinary National Team. Andy participated in the IKA Culinary Olympics 2016 in Germany and the Culinary Wolrd Cup 2018 in Luxembourg, Hong Kong team won 2 Gold and 1 Silver medals in both competitions.
Andy specializes in various types of desserts and designs artistic presentations. It is always been his passion to create beautiful and tasty pastries, as well as to train and build chef teams. He is experienced in working and training chefs with different backgrounds.
