Fabrice Vulin, a Disciple Escoffier, is currently Executive Chef at Caprice, the French restaurant of the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, where he has received two Michelin stars.

He is a former executive chef at Le Château de la Chèvre d’Or in Eze, South of France, as well as at Restaurant Hotel du Parc des Eaux-Vives. He received two Michelin stars at both restaurants.
