Institut Disciples Escoffier has partnered in Bangkok (Thailand) with the Rattanakosin International College of Creative Entrepreneurship (RICE), a department of Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin (RMUTR).

A 4-year long program, the double Bachelor degree program of Technology in Culinary Entrepreneurship Innovation is currently offered in partnership with CY Cergy Paris University in France and the Rattanakosin International College of Creative Entrepreneurship (RICE) in Thailand.

Students complete the first 3 years of the Bachelor program at RMUTR in Thailand, and spend the final year in France, including a semester at the university as well as an internship.

Building on RMUTR’s expertise in fine arts and craftsmanship training at the renowned Poh-Chang Academy of Arts, RICE is a higher education institution with a vision to develop talents and entrepreneurs in the creative industries. It emphasizes international partnerships to prepare students for global career opportunities.
