Charles-Benoit Lacour has worked at Pré Catelan in Paris, trained with Guy Martin at Grand Vefour, and most notably was mentored by Guy Savoy in Paris. He was then Executive Chef for Guy Savoy’s restaurant in Singapore, before becoming Executive Chef at Dome de Cristal in Hong Kong, a partnership with Louis Roederer’s champagne brand.
