Loic PoitouChef Loic Poitou has more than 30 years of experience with an extensive background in the Pastry Confectionery, Chocolatier, Glacier, and Bakery word. His career brings him in Japan for almost 10 years to work in prestigious hotel and pastry shop and has the privilege to cooperate with Michelin star chefs such as Joël Robuchon, Pierre Gagnaire, Alain Ducasse and Channel.

Then 2011 he moved to Hong Kong where he can share his expertise as a consultant pastry chef for restaurant, hotel and boutique in US, Japan, Korea, and Europe.
