The only Institut Disciples Escoffier in Romania offers future chefs the opportunity to follow the Disciples Escoffier professional programs, at our two course locations: in Saftica in La Maison des Jardins with equipment provided by MAXIGEL , national supplier of hospitality equipment and accessories for professionals and in Brasov, thanks to our partner SELGROS BRASOV , in ARENA KITCHENS .

Our goal is to train chefs to become true professionals, to properly implement the basics of cooking and then with each course of improvement to help them evolve, create and discover the art of gastronomy.
