Institut Disciples Escoffier (IDE), in partnership with Full Art Culinary Consulting Ltd, has established its first campus in Guangzhou, China.

Both IDE and Full Art share a grand vision for the culinary development in China: to nurture aspiring chefs’ passion and competitiveness through high quality culinary education.

Our curriculum encompasses knife skills, sauce preparation, cooking techniques, and plating artistry, alongside essential kitchen management, hygiene, and safety protocols.

We are committed to standardizing and documenting culinary techniques and procedures to inspire future generations of chefs, enabling continuous improvement and innovation in the culinary arts. Through the joint efforts of IDE and Full Art, we aim to modernize and internationalize Western cuisine in China.
