Online to Offline Culinary Program

In partnership with Rouxbe, the world’s leading online culinary school, this unique program combines the flexibility of online learning with the hands-on experience of offline practice courses, offering a comprehensive pathway to kickstart your culinary career.

The core curriculum is featuring the perfect balance of 160 hours of immersive in-class learning with 26 units (110 hours) of self-paced online learning, and a star-studded cast of French Master Chefs as Instructors, this course highlights the intricate details and techniques behind preparing and mastering one of the world’s finest cuisines.

Online learning: 26 units (110 hours)

The online component of this program offers you the freedom to learn at your own pace, wherever and whenever it suits you.

The comprehensive 26 self-paced units cover a vast array of essential topics. equipping you with the fundamental knowledge and skills that every chef needs to succeed. From essential skills to advanced culinary concepts, such as knife handling, food safety, different cooking methods, French sauces and stocks, ingredient knowledge, baking and pastry basics, plating, and nutrition in the kitchen.

Packed with online high-definition instructional videos, interactive activities, and assessments, this online learning prepares you for the hands-on, in-class sessions, ensuring you get the most out of your practical training.

Offline courses: 20 days

Covering 70 recipes, the offline courses are meticulously designed, students will practice what they’ve learned online in a professional kitchen setting under the guidance of experienced chefs. Their expertise, tips, and personal insights will inspire and elevate your culinary journey.

Teaching method:

An interactive learning process that combines online and offline learning methods, students can apply what they’ve learned online during the offline hands-on courses, ensuring they get the most out of the practical training.

 

Online:

Offline:

  • Small class and individualized support from our master chef-instructors;

Language of instruction: English

Classes and examinations are delivered in English language (with an additional translator in local language in some countries). Some French cuisine terminology is covered.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Competency in English language
  • Interview
  • No prior culinary experience is required
