Académie de La Réunion is a division of the French Ministry of Education. Diplomas delivered by the Académie are formally attested and recorded by the French Ministry of Education. Students of the Disciples Escoffier Diploma in Culinary Arts will receive equal recognition and certification from both Disciples Escoffier International and the Académie de La Réunion.

The Lycée Hôtelier La Renaissance in La Réunion is one of France’s largest state-owned vocational Hospitality and Culinary Schools.
